Speed & Sprint - is the ideal training plan for any skater looking to optimize their skating! All you need is a pair of skates and some motivation :) Once you have purchased the plan, you will be able to activate it anytime you'd like! This 12 week plan combines skating, dryland, plyometrics, speed ladder and stairs sessions to get you faster and fitter while having a ton of fun! The plan is science based with periodization blocks leading up to your peak performance. You will have free access to the Zihi Pro platform and app, where all workouts will be explained in detail and where you will find more than 4 hours of video tutorials, for you to boost your skating technique! In addition, every training period starts with an introduction video, so you know exactly what to expect for the week ahead. The workouts will be a mix of start, acceleration and top speed training. The plan suits skaters of ANY level, as the workout intensity is based on your individual intensity zones.
