Hello! Our app Zihi is an EZ partner. Skiers, runners, and cyclists work with us and achieve great results. What makes our app unique? We have developed a training program that adapts to you.

Zihi takes into account indicators that are important for practical training:

  • the best combination of HIT, speed, gym workouts, over distance and steady workouts
  • training history for the past several months
  • training load and recovery each week
  • the dates of goal races
  • physical and emotional conditions

We’re excited to work with Endurance Zone and look forward to your experience using the Zihi platform for training!

To use Zihi, please follow these steps:

1) Register using your email or social media.

2) Download the Zihi app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

3) Pair your GPS-enabled device with Zihi

Zihi will give you your first training plan automatically. We recommend updating your plan every time you couldn’t follow the plan or after each 4 workouts even if your did them as planned.
